Invoices will be given on the day of training. If accounts are not payed by the due date a 10% administration fee will be added to your account.

Confirmation of Booking

In the case of group or corporate bookings a signed Group Booking form is required prior to dispatch of pre course materials, payment of Group or Corporate Bookings are arranged with ACTFASTRAINING. Participant’s certificates will not be issued until full payment has been received, unless prior arrangements have been made with ACTFASTRAINING.

First Aid Courses

Upon confirming your booking for a First Aid course, you will take responsibility for ensuring you have completed the workbook and it is returned to and received by ACTFASTRAINING for marking (if the hardcopy version is completed) before or on the day of training.

If the workbook is being completed online, an ACTFASTRAINING employee will check prior to the training to ensure that all workbooks have been completed.

If you have not completed the workbook by the training day, a $20.00 late processing fee will be levied 2 days’ post training. It is NOT appropriate to attempt to complete your workbook during the training session.

Cancellations / Refunds

ACTFASTRAINING applies a non-refundable course processing fee of 20% to all courses, if cancelled by the participant within 7 days of the course date. Where pre course materials have been provided, the relevant ‘student pack’ fee will be charged over and above the 20% non refundable course processing fee.

ACTFASTRAINING understands that sometimes situations arise and you are forced to cancel within the 7 days, if you book a new course at the time of cancelation we will only charge the remaining 80%.  If for any reason you are unable to attend the course, please ensure you advise ACTFASTRAINING as soon as possible.

If ACTFASTRAINING cancels a training course, participants are entitled to a full refund or transfer of fees to a future training course.
